HOUSE RULES

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. All mats and equipment are provided. Bring a towel, water bottle and wear suitable fitness clothing. Grip socks are essential for ALL Total Tone Reformer classes. We have grip socks available to purchase in studio for $12 if needed.

Please do not arrive to the class late. We start all our classes with a warm up for your safety. The doors are closed after 5 minutes to ensure the class is not disturbed by late arrivals - no exceptions. Notify your instructor prior to class commencement time if you are pregnant or have any injuries they need to be made aware of.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend you pre-book via the TOTAL TONE app. Bookings are open 7 days in advance.

In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must process a cancellation using the TOTAL TONE app. All Members AND Class Pack holders will incur a fee if the class isn’t cancelled within the class cancellation policy. Places are limited and valuable to the TOTAL TONE community. We ask for your respect when booking classes and plan attendance. All Members AND Class Pack holders, if you “late cancel” (within 12 hours) or are absent (without cancelling within 2 hours) you will be charged the $6 late cancel class fee or the $12 no show fee. There are no exceptions due to the small class size and popularity of these classes.

CLASS PACK HOLDERS

If you are a class pack holder, your class credit will return to your account if you cancel before the 2 hour cancelation window. If you do not cancel the class prior to the class commencement time, your credit will be forfeited and the $12 fee will still apply.

The 5 & 10 Class Packs are valid for 6 months after purchase. Failure to redeem all Credits will result in its forfeiture after 6 months. A Casual Single Class Credit is valid within 30 days of purchase. ALL Class Packs and Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

TOTAL TONE MEMBERSHIPS

You are able to sign up to any Total Tone membership for a minimum of one month.

You are able to pause your membership at any time, for a maximum of one month.  If you would like to pause your membership simply email us with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment at admin@totaltone.com.au

To cancel your membership simply contact us via email with at least 7 days notice from your next scheduled direct debit payment. All requests for cancellations must be made by email. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation when it has been completed. Memberships are paid in advance, so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to advise within adequate time frames.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or casual/class credit holders.
