Our Classes

  • TT Signature

    Think ABS. Think TONE! Our signature class will challenge your mind and push your body. This fast-paced class combines our favourite elements of pilates and barre. It is designed to completely tone and sculpt the body, helping you unlock the power of your transversus abdominis. Our signature will leave you shaky, sweaty and feeling damn good. This class is not recommended for pregnancy.

  • Pilates Tone

    Pilates Tone combines the core elements of pilates with a fresh modern twist. Pilates Tone will give you that slow and juicy burn we all love, aligning the body and perfecting your practice. This class will improve your overall body awareness, posture and stability. It is low impact and pregnancy friendly.

  • Barre Tone

    Barre Tone fuses ballet inspired movement and high-rep combinations to engage, stabilise and strengthen your body. This class is a seamless flow of exercises, leaving your muscles feeling lean, lengthened and toned. It will improve endurance, flexibility and coordination. This class is low impact and pregnancy friendly.

  • Total Sweat

    Our high intensity, high energy Total Sweat class will boost your endorphins, leaving you feeling energised, empowered and invigorated. Get ready to lift your heart rate, improve endurance and condition the entire body. It will build your core strength and stamina. This class is not recommended for pregnancy.

  • Total Strength

    Our Total Strength class is a pilates inspired circuit that will challenge the body and the mind. This class focuses on high resistance training, incorporating a variety of equipment to improve muscular strength and functional movement. Get ready to work with pilates balls, resistance bands and a range of weights to feel the burn. This workout is pregnancy friendly.

  • TT Mummas

    Our postnatal TT Mummas class is designed to reconnect and strengthen your body after having your baby. This workout focuses on rebuilding your core, increasing mobility and relieving any aches and pains associated with motherhood. Bubbas are more than welcome to ease the hassle of childcare and sweeten our day!

    Please note: Essential to be 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your health professional.

  • Reformer Tone

    Reformer Tone will work you at a slower and controlled pace honing in on key muscle groups to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body. It is our lower intensity flow which works at a beginner/intermediate level. It is essential to attend this class if you have never tried reformer before. This class is pregnancy friendly

  • Reformer Signature

    Reformer Signature is the best way to spice up your movement practice. This dynamic class will sculpt and scorch your core, lift your heart rate and leave you feeling energised and accomplished. It is our higher intensity flow which works at an intermediate level. It is essential to have reformer experience before attending this class. This class is not recommended for pregnancy

  • Reformer Circuit

    Reformer Circuit is our high level interval training class designed to make you sweat, laugh and ask for more. This full body workout is the perfect mix of cardio and resistance. Expect to work hard, shake and push outside your comfort zone. It is intermediate/advanced level. This class is not recommended for pregnancy or beginners.
