HOUSE RULES

Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. All mats and equipment are provided. Bring a towel, water bottle and wear suitable fitness clothing. Grip socks are essential for ALL Total Tone Reformer classes. We have grip socks available to purchase in studio for $12 if needed.

Please do not arrive to the class late. We start all our classes with a warm up for your safety. The doors are closed after 5 minutes to ensure the class is not disturbed by late arrivals - no exceptions. Notify your instructor prior to class commencement time if you are pregnant or have any injuries they need to be made aware of.

As a courtesy to others, mobile phones are not to be used during class. Please keep your phone switched off or on silent in your bag and attend back to phones only once class is finished.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

As class sizes are limited, we strongly recommend pre-booking via the Total Tone app. Bookings open 7 days in advance.

Clients may cancel their booking through the app up until the class start time. However, late cancellation and no-show fees will still apply within the applicable policy window.

Please note that it is essential to be booked into a class in order to attend. Bookings are required and waivers must be signed beforehand.

If you are not on the class list, or if you wish to change your booking from mat to reformer (or vice versa), you must update your booking yourself through the app prior to the class start time. Failure to do so will result in the applicable fees still being charged.

All Members and Class Pack holders are subject to the following:

Late Cancel (within 12 hours of class start): $15 fee
No Show (failure to attend a booked class): $20 fee

Due to the limited class sizes and high demand, these fees apply regardless of circumstances and no exceptions will be made.

We ask all clients to book thoughtfully and cancel as early as possible to allow other members the opportunity to attend.

CLASS PACK HOLDERS

If you are a class pack holder, your class credit will return to your account if you cancel before the cancellation window. If you do not cancel the class prior to the class commencement time, your credit will be forfeited and the $20 fee will still apply.

The 5 & 10 Class Packs are valid for 6 months after purchase. Failure to redeem all Credits will result in its forfeiture after 6 months. A Casual Single Class Credit is valid within 30 days of purchase. ALL Class Packs and Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

TOTAL TONE MEMBERSHIPS

You can sign up for any Total Tone membership with a minimum commitment of one month. At the time of sign up, you agree to make four consecutive payments, which will be charged back-to-back starting from the day you join.

Memberships can be paused at any time for a minimum of one week and a maximum of one month at a time. Extensions beyond one month are not permitted.

To pause your membership, please email admin@totaltone.com.au with at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next scheduled direct debit payment.

If you wish to cancel your membership, the same 7-day notice period and email process applies.

All pause and cancellation requests must be submitted via email, and you will receive confirmation once your request has been processed.

Please note that memberships are billed in advance, and refunds cannot be provided if adequate notice is not given.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All purchases and direct debit transactions are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-transferable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused Membership periods or casual/class credit holders.
