Olivia & Josie

Our passion lies in the art of movement, the functionality of fitness and the love of dance. As both former ballerinas, our love for moving started at a young age, and as we outgrew our tutus, we ventured into the world of pilates, functional training and fitness.

This transition was seamless and we discovered that by combining the elegance of movement and structure of exercise we could pass on our knowledge to help empower, connect and elevate the lifestyle of others. Both qualified Mat Pilates, Reformer, Barre and Fitness Instructors, our clients are at the heart of what we do. We strive to inspire, nurture and guide you to achieve your individual goals and connect you with yourself.
